Greek Dressing

This recipe comes from a friend's grandma. Perfect for a Greek Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all items in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.

You can refrigerate this dressing for up to a week. To re-use, take dressing out of frig and let come to room temperature before serving.
