Ingredients
- 1 Lb Chicken Tenders
- 4 C Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1/2 C Chicken Broth
- 1/4 C Light Teriyaki Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a large nonstick skillet with Pam and heat. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until brown. Add vegetables, stir fry until barely tender (2-3 minutes). Add broth, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir fry until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes longer.
Serves 4
