Ingredients
- 1 Package White Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 5 Large Eggs
- 3 Tbs. Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- Shortening
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Buttermilk Vanilla Glaze
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbs Butter, Melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 to 2 Tbs Buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cake mix, buttermilk and butter together until thoroughly blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Prepare a bundt pan with shortening and sugar.
Spoon one-third of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over batter. Top with remaining batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove and cool 20 minutes on a wire rack.
Drizzle Buttermilk Glaze (mix all glaze ingredients and thin with buttermilk.) over slightly warm cake.
