  • 12 eggs
  • 12 thin slices round deli turkey
  • 1/2 cup favorite cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced scallions
  • salt & pepper



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin pan with olive oil. Lay a piece of turkey in each hole, making a turkey cup. Then crack an egg in each hole and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove from muffin tin and top with cheese and scallions. Enjoy!
