Ingredients
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 2 T brown rice vinegar
- 1/2 t Asian style chili garlic sauce, or to taste for desired heat level
- 1 1/2 t grated fresh ginger
- 2 T hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk everything together until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks, cooked chicken, pork or beef, or small sliced of bread or crackers. Also delicious over pasta or rice. Makes 1/2 cup.
