Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 T Garlic Salt
- 2 T Oregano
- 1 T Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Mustard (Your choice)
- 1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil. Mix dry spices. Rub on chicken, lay in skillet to brown. Sprinkle the rest of the spices on the other side of the chicken. Cook about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
Mix bread crumbs and cheese. Brush chicken with mustard and dredge through the mixture. Lay breaded chicken on a wire rack on a cookie sheet (to catch anything that drips). Place in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes to “crunch” it up.
