Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• Beat Together:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• Mix the following:
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 Tbs. cinnamon
• 3 cups shredded carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients.
Add the shredded carrots.
Pour into bundt pan.
