Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 T Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil. Mix dry spices (makes enough for about 4 chicken breasts). Dredge chicken in spices. Lay in hot oil and cook until brown on each side (1 to 3 minutes, depending on the heat of your stove). Transfer to an oven-baking rack with a pan to catch any drippings. Bake in the oven until chicken is done through. (Check yours, but mine takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
Note: The original recipe called for 2 Tbs Oregano and 1 Tbs Lemon Pepper. I found that the oregano dominated and the lemon pepper was too strong. Experiment with it!
