• Ingredients:
• Salsa
• 1 red pepper -diced
• 1 yellow pepper -diced
• 1 green pepper -diced
• 1 or 2 jalapenos -seeded and small diced
• 1 bunch cilantro
• ½ red onion -diced
• 1 Tbsp garlic
• 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp ground cumin
