Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 t. vanilla bean powder (or vanilla from the inside of one whole bean)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook about 30 minutes without stirring (until liquid is mostly gone). Divide into 4 servings and top each with 1/4 cup coconut milk.
