  • Tomatoes (large can) drained
  • Pancetta, browned
  • Arugula bag
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbspn butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pancetta, drain, and set aside. Using the same pan, place the tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper and butter in it, add arugula and basil and more olive oil. Cook down, add pancetta. Stir in with ravioli with another 1 tbs butter.
