Ingredients
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp salt
- 3 1/2 C diced chicken
- 1 C finely diced celery
- 1/3 C slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt and blend well. Toss with chicken, celery and almonds. Serve on bread or crisp lettuce.
Yield: 6 servings
