Manicotti (Aunt Dorothy)

Ingredients

  • ground meat
  • manicotti shells
  • 1 egg
  • parmesan cheese
  • cottage cheese
  • mozzarella cheese
  • Ragu Spaghetti Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Boil shells. Drain on wax paper. Allow them to cool.

Brown meat. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce.

Mix cheeses and egg together until a sticky consistency. Spoon into shells. Lay shells in a 9 by 13 Pyrex dish. Cover with sauce and bake until bubbly. (About 30 minutes)
