Ingredients
- 2 lbs of cooked shrimp
- 2 c rice (cooked)
- 1/2 tsp. OBay seasoning
- 1/2 c celery
- 1/2 c bell peppers
- 1/2 c green onions
- 1 c Mayo
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- I also add a little Tony’s to spice it up with a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the veggies and dice the shrimp and combine with the cooked rice. Add you’re seasoning to taste.
