Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of cooked shrimp
  • 2 c rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp. OBay seasoning
  • 1/2 c celery
  • 1/2 c bell peppers
  • 1/2 c green onions
  • 1 c Mayo
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • I also add a little Tony’s to spice it up with a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce.

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the veggies and dice the shrimp and combine with the cooked rice. Add you’re seasoning to taste.
