Ingredients
- 1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 48 oz Canned Pinto Beans, Drained
- 3-16 oz cans of Corn, Undrained
- 2-16 oz canned Tomatoes, Undrained
- 16 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 can of Mexican Rotel
- 1 Package Hidden Valley Dip Mix
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain beef and onion until tender. Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Yields 3 ½ Quarts of Soup
1 cup Serving is 2-3 WW Points per Serving.
Note: You can make it 0 points by omitting the beef.
