Amaretto Sauce

This recipe goes with the Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup Amaretto (or other liqueur)
• 1/4 cup brandy

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

Add sugar, stirring constantly. Whisk in Amaretto and heat slowly for one or two minutes. Pour over Bread Pudding and serve.
