Bobby Flay's Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups plus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract pure
- 5 ounces milk chocolate chunks
- 5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Cooking time 25mins
Preheat oven to 350. line baking sheets with parchment paper.
whisk together flour salt and baking soda in a bowl. Place butter in bowl on stan mixer with paddle on and beat until smooth. Add sugars and continue mixing about 2 minutes. Add eggs , one at a time and then the vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Add remaining flour mixture until just combine. Remove bowl from mix and fold on chocolate chips.
Using small ice cream scoop spoon dough onto prepared cookie sheets leaving 2 inches between cookies. bake on middle rack until golden brown and soft in the middle about 11 minutes. Let cookies stand 2 minutes on baking sheets then remove with spatula . Let cookies cool on rack for few minutes. Repeat with remaining dough.
