Ingredients
- 2 C Macaroni, Partially Cooked
- 1 1/4 C Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded (1/4 C reserved)

Step 1
Cook Macaroni, but not completely
Mix all ingredients in a 2 qrt casserole dish, reserving 1/4 C cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 min. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top, bake for 5 more minutes.
