Pebbles Cookie Crispies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 large egg
• 3 cups POST Fruity or Cocoa PEBBLES Cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended. Stir in cereal.

Drop tablespoonful of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or just until cookies begin to brown. Cool on wire racks.

Fun Idea: For extra chocolately flavor, prepare as directed using Cocoa PEBBLES and a chocolate flavor cake mix.
