Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup velveeta
  • 2 chicken bouillon
  • 1-1/2 water
  • 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion in butter until tender.

Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and velveeta; cook until melted. Remove from the heat. Dissolve bouillon in water. Bring to a boil and add broccoli. Add broccoli and liquid to the cheese mixture.
