Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 2/3 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbs butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Line cookie sheet with foil. Spray with Pam. Put dry mix in 1 gallon baggie. Dip half of strips in egg. Shake in baggie. Repeat with other half. Drizzle butter over them. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through (until not pink).
