Chicken Cordon Bleu
Alternately cheese and ham could be layered over chicken breasts before being covered with soup.
- 1-1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2-4 ham, sliced thin
Pound each breast to 1/4" thickness, then roll ham and cheese into each breast, securing with toothpick. Dilute soup slightly with milk, pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees or until juices run clear.
