Suzanne's Cajun Chicken Breasts with Swiss Chalet Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • cajun spice
  • 2 slices Feta Cheese (for stuffing)
  • Lemon Grass
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 package Swiss Chalet DIPPING Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Oil breasts with scant amount of olive oil.
2. Rub in cajun spice and/or blackened spice.
3. Refrigerate a few hours.
4. BBQ chicken.
5. Let cool if you have time. If not, carefully make a partial slide in the middle of each breast (not all the way through).
6. Add Feta slice in middle.
7. Drizzle with Lemon Grass spice.
8. Make Swiss Chalet sauce according to directions (1/2 is good with 2 breasts).
9. Gently warm breasts in hot sauce.
10. Serve, drizzling more sauce over top.

Great on rice!
