Ingredients
- 3-12oz. cans of Black Eyed Peas (drained)
- 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup of sour cream
- 2 packages of Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2-12oz. cans of Whole artichokes (chopped)
- 12 oz. bag of Shredded Cheese (your choice) Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Frito's Scoops
Preparation
Step 1
Mix black eyed peas, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch packages,
cheese and salt & pepper in a casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 350
degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve warm with Frito's scoops.
