Corn and Wild Rice Saute

  • 3 c thawed frozen corn
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T garlic minced
  • 2 c cooked wild rice
  • 3 T minced sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 c fresh basil
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add garlic and saute. Stir in corn, rice and tomatoes
Saute until corn is cooked (4-6 mins)

Stir in minced basil, s&p
