Salad Shirazi

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 3 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 4-5 tomatoes,
  • 1 red onion chopped (only as much as needed to not overpower)
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic power
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • sprinkle of dried dill

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the chopped vegetables together. Whisk the dressing in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss. Chill for 20 minutes and serve.
