Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • flour tortillas
  • chicken, cooked and diced
  • grated/shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and dice chicken.

Mix soups and ½ of Rotel.

Layer Tortillas, Chicken, Soup, Cheese Repeat. Top with Cheese and Paprika

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil. Uncover last 5-10 minutes to brown.
