Egg Cream
The classic fountain drink is made with neither cream nor egg.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup seltzer
- 1 pretzel rod

Pour milk and chocolate syrup into a cocktail mixer; shake until combined. Pour mixture into a glass; top with seltzer and garnish with a pretzel rod.
