Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 2 T seasoning
- 2 T olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 2 large onions, chop
- 1 large peppers, chopped
- 1 c beef stock
- 2 crusty French bread, sliced on angle
- 2 c shredded provolone cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Season steak with salt, pepper and seasoning. Drizzle with oil; grill until medium rare. Let sit. Add 1 T oil to pan and add onions, salt & pepper. Cook about 7-8 mins; add peppers and cook until soft; add stock and cook down. Drizzle bread with oil and toast lightly. Slice meat & place on bread. Top with onion/pepper mix and cheese; place under broiler to melt cheese.
