Ingredients
- 3 T. frozen OJ concentrate thawed
- 3 T low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T freshly minced garlic
- 1 T hot sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili garlic paste or sauce
- 3/4 cup canned unsweetened mandarin oranges in juice
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
In a large plastic bag, mix the juice, soy sauce, garlic, oil, and chili sauce. Gently stir in the oranges in their juice. Add the chicken. Seal and let sit in fridge 6 hrs to overnight. Rotate
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Transfer chicken to casserole dish. Pour marinade on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
