04/07/15 - These are good, but they stayed really soupy. Try leaving out the orange juice the next time, just use the zest.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh blueberries, rinsed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice, plus grated zest
- 3 lemon slices
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (I used half a cinnamon stick)
Preparation
Step 1
* Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
* Reduce heat until the berries are just bubbling and cook until desired thickness is reached.
* Cool then transfer to glass jars or zip-lock bags and refrigerate or freeze.
