    Cream Bread-Long round loaf-from McMillan’s bakery in Haddonfield, of a Brioche

  • 6

    Eggs

  • 1/3

    Cup Sugar

  • 1

    Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1/4

    Tsp Salt

  • 3

    Cup Milk

  • Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

Directions

DIRECTIONS 1 Beat together above ingredients. Slice bread in 1" thick slices. Lay bread in a Pan. Pour liquid over bread and let absorb overnight in refrigerator. 2 Deep fry in large pan with Canola oil. Drain on paper towel then freeze. To heat put frozen slices in greased pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown and puffed up. Do not defrost 3 If making 3 loaves- make 2 1/2 times liquid.
