Bumblebee Salad (WW)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz) Black Beans (7)
  • 1-10 oz Package of Frozen Corn (3)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped (0)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped (0)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced (0)
  • 1/4 C Herb or Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBS Each: Thyme, Tarragon, Dill
  • 1 Small Chopped Red Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and chill. Keeps up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Pretty on a buffet or with lettuce wraps.

Yields 6 Cups at 2 ½ Points Per Serving
