Ingredients
- 1 5 ounce box mixed baby kales (such as Earthbound Farm) or 10 cups kale leaves, tough stems removed, torn into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, toss kale with oil and salt. Transfer to 2 baking sheets in a single layer.
2. Bake at 300 degrees on the middle rack for 25 minutes or until kale is crispy. Gently remove chips from baking sheets with a metal spatula; toss with cheese. Store in an airtight container.
