Ingredients
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tb soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
- 2 tsp Lankanto sweetner
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 300*
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put seeds in medium bowl, set aside.
Mix ingredients in small bowl, microwave for 30 seconds to help dissolve sweetner.
Pour sauce into bowl with seeds, mix well.
Spread seeds out on prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally and watching closely so they don't burn.
