Potato Salad (Paula Deen)

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium white potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool. Add eggs and celery, stir. Fold in mayonnaise trying not to mast potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4 to 6
