Carrots with Marsala

  • 4 T butter
  • 1 lb carrots, sliced in strips
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 c marsala wine



Step 1

Melt butter, add carrots. Stir. Add sugar and salt. Stir in marsala wine and simme 4-5 minutes. Cover with water and cook covered until liquid is absorbed.
