Panzanella Salad

  • Vinaigrette:
  • Shake Shake together all ingredients in a small jar.
  • 1 1 1 t. garlic, minced1/2 t. Dijon mustard3 T. champagne vinegar1/4 c. olive oil1/2 t. salt1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Addbread cubes to skillet; sprinkle with salt. Sauté until deep golden,about 10 minutes, tossing requently. Drain bread cubes on papertowels. In a large salad bowl, mix remaining ingredients; add breadcubes. Drizzle with Vinaigrette and toss. Let stand or 30 minutesbeore serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
