Ingredients
- 2 LBS hashbrowns
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dry diced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4-6 oz shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese

Step 1
Mix together all ingrients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
