Reese's Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of Butter, softened
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C Reese's Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 C Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 C (110z Pckg) Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, and peanut butter in medium bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour,baking soda, and salt; add to butter mixture, blending well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
