Butterfinger Cookies

  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 3/4 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 b butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Butterfingers bars (2.1 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Combine flour, baking soda & salt. Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in butterfinger pieces. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 mins. Cool on baking sheets for 2 mins. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
