Breakfast Quiches 1 Picture


  • 2 cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 box (9 oz.) spinach, thawed & drain
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese



Step 1

Heat oven to 350 deg. Spray muffin cups. Separate crescents into 8 triangles. Press on bottom and up side of each muffin tin. Beat cream cheese, add eggs, one at a time. Stir in onion, spinach, salt & pepper. Fold in cheese. Fill each cup to the top. Bake 15-20 mins until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
