Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese,
- softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can (21oz.) cherry pie filling,
- chilled
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add sugar and cocoa and mix well.
Add egg and almond extract.
With a spatula, scrape filling into crust, spread evenly.
Bake 35 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
Chill 3 hours.
Just before serving top with Cool Whip and cherry pie filling.
