Smoothie Lemon Orange Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 6 oz reduced fat lemon yogurt
  • 6 oz frozen orange juice
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp orange extract
  • 15 ice cubes
  • 5 strips of orange or lemon peel for garnish
