Easter Eggs

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 1 Tbs water
• 2 C sugar
• food coloring
• Icing:
• 1 egg white
• 3-4 drops vinegar
• 1 1/2 C powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add color to water. Mix with sugar until it feels like sand. Pack sugar firmly in plastic eggs. Scoop out sugar leaving ¼ to ½ inch shell. Turn over and place on wax paper. Dry for 6-8 hours. Break end of egg for peephole. Use icing as glue and decorations.
