Ingredients
- 8 ounces horn of plenty mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 green pepper
- 8 ounces bean sprouts
- Soy sauce to taste
- Olive oil as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and roughly chop the Horn of Plenty, dice the deseeded green pepper and thinly slice spring onions.
Put olive oil in pan and heat. When the oil is hot add prepared ingredients, plus bean sprouts, crushed garlic, and soy sauce. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
