Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 C instant dry milk powder
• 1 1/2 C instant cocoa mix
• 1/2 C non-dairy coffee creamer, flavored
• 1/2 C sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry powder, cocoa mix and coffee creamer together. Sift in sugar.

For one cup of cocoa, put 1/3 cup of mix in a mug and add boiling water. Stir. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
