- 2 2/3 C Sugar
- 2/3 C Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 C Water
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 t Vanilla
Bring sugar, corn syrup, and water to a boil to 260 F.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add vanilla
Add sugar mix 1/2 C per min until gone.
(Mix for about 15 mins)
*if there is any rain in the air candy will not turn out and may burn up your mixer up
** Don't use a hand mixer
