Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 apples - *peeled and shredded
  • juice of a 1/4 lemon
  • 1/8 cup raisins
  • 1/8 cup raw nuts (any softer kind, pecans, pistachios)
  • 1/8 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup raw honey
  • *garnished with berries and hemp hearts
  • Sometimes, when I don't forget, I throw in a little maca powder.

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all the ingredients, except nuts, in a food processor until smooth and sweet. Add nuts towards the end for texture.

*I use my vitamix-leave the peel on the apples and just cube them up!
