Gravy for Turkey (Mom)

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs Pandrippings or Butter
  • 3 Tbs Flour
  • 2 C Chicken Stock (Canned is fine)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in sauce pan. Sprinkle flour in butter and stir with fork until foamy (about 3 minutes) and brown. Remove from heat. Whisk in stock gradually. Stir constantly until smooth. Add seasonings and anything else (Boiled egg, livers, etc.). Simmer 10 minutes to thicken
